Rheyo wanted to understand the market for treatments addressing early tooth decay. Which practices were already discussing or offering these treatments? How were they presenting them to patients? And which organizations deserved a closer look?

Setfive combined custom research with its DentalAtlas platform to build a clearer market picture, then delivered an interactive, AI-enabled report the Rheyo team could explore.

Scattered evidence becomes an organized view of early adopters, adjacent prospects, and potential partners.

From a broad market question to specific organizations worth investigating.

A broad industry overview couldn't identify the individual practices Rheyo needed to understand.

Useful information existed across practice websites, patient reviews, public documents, and conversations with practice staff. But each source answered a different question. A treatment page showed how a practice marketed a service, not necessarily how often it performed it. An insurance document described a benefit, not whether a particular patient's treatment would be paid for.

The challenge was connecting those pieces without treating every mention as proof of adoption.

We investigated practices across the country, bringing together treatment information, patient experiences, pricing, and reimbursement evidence.

We also called practices. Those conversations added another perspective: what practice teams knew about the treatment and how they explained availability, pricing, and insurance to prospective patients.

Together, these sources helped distinguish a visible marketing message from a more developed treatment offering. We organized the findings around identifiable practices and groups, giving Rheyo specific organizations to investigate rather than broad market generalizations.

Practice websites, patient voices, public documents, and direct practice calls connect to a shared evidence brief.

Public evidence and practice conversations brought different perspectives into the same picture.

The research gave Rheyo a view of practices with treatment evidence, patterns across practice types and geographies, and potential partners for further investigation. It also brought pricing and reimbursement information into the same picture.

As the team reviewed the findings, its questions became more specific:

  • What characteristics did early adopters share?
  • What could patient experiences and practice conversations tell us about utilization?
  • How did coverage differ between carriers and plan types?

The project gave the team a research-backed starting point for those conversations, with the supporting evidence close at hand.

We built an interactive report where Rheyo could move from summaries to practice examples, inspect supporting evidence, and download the underlying datasets.

An AI-enabled question interface let the team explore the research in plain English. Follow-up questions became another way into the evidence, rather than a separate exercise in searching through documents and spreadsheets.

Rheyo received both the findings and a practical way to keep investigating them.

An illustrative report interface shows a question about early adopters, the dimensions to explore, supporting evidence, and a dataset download.

Explore the findings, ask a follow-up, and take the data. Illustrative report view.
